Sunday services
08:00am | Said Eucharist
A quiet celebration of the Eucharist in traditional language. This service has no hymns and lasts around 30 minutes.
10:30am | Parish Eucharist
Our main weekly act of worship where we gather as a community to hear God’s word and worship together. This service includes hymns, organ and choir, and lasts for just over an hour. Refreshments are served afterwards.
10:30am | All Age Eucharist (Third Sunday of every month)
This is a more relaxed Sunday service intended for people of all ages. Younger members of the community are more involved in this service, which lasts for around an hour and is followed by refreshments.
Weekday services
08:30am | Tuesday & Thursday (not 1st Tues of the month)
Every Tuesday & Thursday (not 1st Tues of the month) at 8.30am we gather for Morning Prayer. This is a quiet time to be led in devotional prayer and is a wonderful way to focus your time and attention on seeking God’s plan for the day ahead. This service has no hymns and lasts around 30 minutes.
09:30am | Wednesday Morning
Every Wednesday morning at 9.30am we meet in church for a quiet celebration of the Eucharist. This service has no hymns and lasts around 30 minutes.
10:00am | Wednesday morning
Bible study with refreshments is held after service at 10.00am in church.
Special services
Any special services being held will be notified here.
Sun 20th Sept 10.30am is our Harvest Festival, an All Age non eucharist service. All welcome. Donations for Guernsey Welfare Service Food Bank welcomed.
Sun 27th Sept 10.30am is our Patronal Service, celebrating St Michael and All Angels. All welcome.
Sun 4th Oct 10.30am is a service to commemorate 800yrs since the death of St Francis. Any Franciscans are invited to renew their vows.
Sun 18th Oct 10.30am is a special ‘Songs of Praise’ non eucharist service ‘Celebrating the Generations’ (previously our Silver Service). Featuring children from Vale Primary School, Church Music Group, poems, readings, singing and refreshments after. All are welcome.
Sun 25th Oct 10.30am is our Dedication Festival and our Gift Day.
Sun 1st Nov 3.00pm. You are warmly invited to join us in a special service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving. A time to remember those whom we love but see no more. An invitation to pause, pray and light a candle in their memory.
